Our Renowned Chef

Chef Wing is from Roxas, Palawan, in the beautiful island country of the Philippines. Chef Wing learned his love of cooking from his mother, who put him in charge of cooking meals for his 6 brothers and sisters when he was young. Since his time in the United States, Chef Wing has expanded his repertoire to include expertise in Italian, Norwegian, Cambodian and Indian cuisine. It is easy to see and taste these influences in his unique expression of his Filipino heritage through food.  Growing up by the sea, Chef Wing has a special affinity for seafood and combines familiar island flavors with an Asian twist that tastes like a little piece of paradise.
